Nursing Home Orders
You can now order online on behalf of residents and have it billed to a Resident Trust or Public Trustee account. Please note that this service is available to Canadian Nursing Homes only.Simply follow the steps to place the order. When you get to the billing screen, fill out the "Bill to" and "Ship to" information accordingly. In the "Payments" drop down box, choose "Invoice". You may add notes such as a Public Trustee client number in the comments box. Please note that the program will not identify GST exempt customer information. If the order is for someone who is GST exempt, complete the order and we will adjust the invoice and send out an ammended copy with the order to your accounts office. Once again, the Invoice option is only available to Nursing Homes placing orders on behalf of residents. You will receive a follow up phone call to confirm the ordering details within 1 business day of ordering. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
