No returns will be permitted on undergarments, ie.,bras, underwear, and socks.

Refund Policy

We will provide a refund of your purchase of regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the sale date providing the following criteria are met;

The original invoice must accompany the item(s) being refunded.

The item(s) have not been altered, laundered, or labeled.

Refund payment will be the same as when the item was purchased except for cash.

Cash purchases will be refunded by cheque within 3-4 weeks of date of refund.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  

Items returned will be subject to a restocking fee. 

All purchases from our mobile service must be returned through our store, but only after prior arrangements have been made with the store.
