Refund Policy

1. All regular priced merchandise may be accepted for return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
2. A restocking fee of five ($5.00) dollars may apply.
3. The original invoice must be present when the item is returned.
4. The method of refund will be as the original payment. Cash or cheque purchases will be refunded by cheque within 15 days. The cheque will be payable to the person who made the original purchase.
5. The items must not be labeled, washed, or altered in any way.
6. The original manufacturers labels must be on the item.
7. Shipping, handling, and return postage are not refundable.
8. All items purchased from our mobile service must be returned to the store at the purchaser's expense. Courier charges will apply for items picked up or dropped off by Golden Wear.
9. Golden Wear does not take responsibility for the washing or handling of garments once purchased.
10. No refund on items purchased with donation coupons.
11. No return on intimate apparel such as; bras, underwear, socks, etc.
12. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
